These terms govern your use of 11+ Prep at 11plusapp.co.uk, operated by PMM Digital Ventures Ltd, 8 Watford Road, Croxley Green, WD3 3BJ, United Kingdom (we, us, our). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Who these terms are for: 11+ Prep is a subscription service for parents supporting their children through 11+ exam preparation. Account holders must be adults (18+). Children use the app under their parent's account.
11+ Prep provides practice questions, progress tracking, and a parent dashboard to support children aged approximately 9 to 11 in preparing for 11+ examinations. The service is for personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
We aim to cover the main 11+ exam boards (GL Assessment, CEM, CSSE, SET, ISEB). While we work hard to keep questions accurate, we cannot guarantee that our content exactly matches any specific exam's current format or mark scheme. Exam boards change their formats without notice. Our content is for practice and preparation, not as an official study guide endorsed by any exam board.
To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create on the platform.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use 11+ Prep for your own child's personal educational preparation. You may not:
The child uses the app under their parent's account. The parent account holder is responsible for their child's use of the service and for ensuring the child uses it appropriately. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts independently; all account registration is for adults.
We follow the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code. We do not show advertising to children, and we do not use children's data for commercial profiling. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content on 11+ Prep, including questions, explanations, interface design, and text, is owned by PMM Digital Ventures Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal educational purposes while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, particularly around acceptable use. In cases of serious breach, we may terminate with immediate effect. In other cases, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your child's exam results. No educational tool can guarantee outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMM Digital Ventures Ltd's total liability to you in connection with these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may add, change, or remove features of the service from time to time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of the service during a paid subscription period without giving you the option to cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
